Hi!
I added additional images in blog entry from media manager, but they are not clickable like first main image in blog.
Is it normal?
How to make them active (slimbox or other effect)?
Hi Roma,

I am sorry for the late reply.
Have you enable the light box? http://screencast.com/t/WdoHKErW . If you have, and this issue doesn't resolved, perhaps you can provide us with backend access and FTP access so that we can further inspect this issue on your site.

Please advise.

Hello roma.

You got two option for this problem.

1) You delete the image and reinsert it back.
2) You enable lightbox by default. http://screencast.com/t/QziZEHyfXy2h

If you have, and this issue doesn't resolved, perhaps you can provide us with backend access and FTP access so that we can further inspect this issue on your site.

Please advise.

Hi roma,

I am sorry for the late reply.
I have inspected your site and it seems like the media settings doesn't working correctly. However, I can't access yoursite.com/administrator. Can you provide us with the correct access to your site's backend so that we can further assist you on this issue.

Please advise.

Hi Roma,

I have applied some fix on your site. By the way, in order for the image to be able to viewed using lightbox, you need to insert the images using media manager. Can you verify for me is this issue is resolved?

Please advise.

Hi,

I didn't edit any files in your site. I just re-upload the images using media manager and enable lightbox by default as in this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/QziZEHyfXy2h .

Hope this helps.

Hi,

I am sorry for the late reply.
The image which you shown is a thumbnail image and it will breaks when you enforce it to display with full width as the main image. If you want to try, you can use this css override by putting it in your default Joomla template.

#eblog-wrapper .blog-text .easyblog-image-caption-container,
#ezblog-body a.easyblog-thumb-preview img, #eblog-wrapper a.gallery-thumb-item img{
width:100%;
}
#eblog-wrapper .blog-text .easyblog-image-caption-container img{
width:800px;
}

Hope this helps.
