is it possible add additional field to komento?
- It is not possible in Komento to have additional field in the comment form.

if no, can you any advise to create plugin for that? how to that and any example? is there any trigger?
- Unfortunately, Komento's comment form was built to only process those existing fields. With that said, in order to add new field, you would need to modify a lot of things in Komento; form, codes that store the value, database and etc.

The team will usually prioritize features that are in popular demand during the development process of the next major release.

i can develop a plugin for that if there is any feature to implement that for example any joomla trigger.

We don't currently have triggers for the form currently.
