Hi Stack Ideas Team

Sorry but this is driving me nuts.

For the Group “FCPX Media Foundations”
Joomla>EasySocial>Groups>Details
I have “Allow Videos: ” set to green for go.

If you:

a) login at the front end as a normal admin not super admin
*********
*********

b) And go to the Group “FCPX Media Foundations”
And enter the password “*********”

You will not be able to post a video!

If I understand this correctly I should be able to add a video as seen in SI screen shot.

Please see the screen shot for my finalBUG group versus a Stackideas Group.

Please tell me that I missed a setting somewhere?

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

After troubleshoot long hour ago, it seems like you turn off that group video app from backend, I already help you enabled it, it should populate that option from the dropdown area now.

Thanks for looking at this despite the weekend.
Yes I believe I turned that off and forgot about it completely.
Probably for formatting reason.

Is possible that the total number of videos to display in the app side bar of a group is broken?

ps am I correct in thinking that there is no point in swapping out the Vimeo links as the Thumbnails will not be updated?
(The 48 videos were place holders. It is not a big deal. I can delete them and post fresh new videos if necessary )

Good catch, I have applied the fix on your site and also our internal repository. Anyone else who faced similar issue may download the attached file and upload it into /media/com_easysocial/apps/group/videos/widgets/groups
