Good day, Please how do i add "Terms and Condition" on my registration page on ES for new user to accept before registering on my website

You can add it at Backend>Component>EasySocial>Profile Types>*type of profile types>Custom Fields and pick 'Terms' as you can see here https://screencast.com/t/YovX0wdzk. In order for you to make sure all user click it, make sure you set it as 'Required' under "core" sections. Please give it a try and see how it goes.
