I was trying to add tags into the photo but I couldn't do that in right place within the photo... it seemed that it is not functioned!!
but when I hovered the mouse away from the photo the adding crosser appeared.

-> I've replicate this issue locally by using arab language (LTR) seems like the tagging section on the photo was off. I've logged this issue in our issue tracker and our developers will take an action for this.

and the other thing is can I add names for the persons in the photo so any one viewing the photo can know who is there???

I have problem also with location sharing! the only options I have is detect my location or writing the name of my location, although it working more or less in profile editing, it doesn't work at all on the sharing steam or with Blog posting.

I want to select my location on map, and it is very useful if I can see the map tools in order to use them.

I suspect you haven't setup properly on your Google map API , can you try following my step and see how it goes?

1. Go to this page -> https://console.developers.google.com/iam-admin/projects
2. Create project and check my video here : http://screencast.com/t/xnfoJH8vx
3. This is the page for activate the APIs key -> https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key

If the issue still persists, I would suggest you start a new thread on our forums so it might help us manage your issue easier.
