Adding info to notification emails

In the emails that notifies you if a reply to a post, is it possible to append extra info?

Specifically, I want to be able to show a list of the 10 most recent posts on the forum to help drive traffic.
Hello Mark,

This is not possible currently unless you modify the theme file for the emails and apply some hacks so that it displays recent discussions
