adding images result in Internal Error

Hi,
When an image is added to a profile from the admin area the system give me a internal error on save. Exact wording of error is below.

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I tried to upload a picture for the user Riley as mentioned in https://stackideas.com/forums/uploading-image-results-in-error , and it seems to be working fine. I did not hit any "Internal Server Error".

By the way, I believe the reason that you are hitting this error is most likely due to the the web server being setup as it probably is thinking that you are uploading a file that is either too large or due to some security settings.
