Currently, it is not possible for you to achieve this as those subject are hardcoded on our cores file and it is required for you to do some modifications on it and not possible to do template override for this.

If you wanted to achieve this, you can customize them here .../administrator/components/com_easydiscuss/includes/post/post.php under 'notify' function.
