Adding Acymailing to User Workflow

I am trying to add opt-in mailing to the user registration form. I noticed that you have a variable for Acymailing. However, I don't see any documentation on how to use it? How would I do this so that Acymailing recognizes the user's choice as opt-in for mailing purposes?

Firstly, let me explain more about this custom field, this custom field is actually allow user to subscribe it according to the list (configure the list id) http://take.ms/SoQXV

There is no documentation on this currently.
