I have tried embedding a brightcove video to our blog and it does not work. Any tips on how I can get this to work?

So sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Please send me a copy of the codes from Brightcove you are trying to insert. Also if possible please send me your backend and FTP to check this out. Please advice.
