Adding a customize reaction

Hey, is there a way to add a reaction (like the sad, like, wow, ect.) that is customize?
Unfortunately that is not possible to add new reaction at this point of time.

Is it possible to take away reactions?

Is it possible to only have the like button and rename it to something like Lick?
