Adding '2' character after editing Pages details

When I edit Pages details then update it, it will auto add '2' character.
There is the same situation on that editing the details of Events and Groups.
These are the files that I have modified

/administrator/components/com_easysocial/models/clusters.php
/media/com_easysocial/apps/fields/group/title/title.php
/media/com_easysocial/apps/fields/events/title/title.php
/media/com_easysocial/apps/fields/pages/title/title.php

I can't seem to modify files with the FTP access. Can you download the attached file and upload it into /administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/cluster/ and see if the problem is still occurring again?

It still exists.
