"Add Yours" text not associated with langugage string anymore?

Hello,
after the latest update the "Add Yours" text (top of the comments list under joomla article) does not seem to be associated with a language string anymore.
At least, I have this string in my italian language file
COM_KOMENTO_COMMENTS_ADD_YOURS="Aggiungi il tuo"

but I still see the text in english

With a quick check I wasnt' able to find the file generating that text, so I leave it to you...
Ah, looks like this is an issue with the elegant theme only. You can fix this editing the file /components/com_komento/themes/elegant/structure/default.php

We don't actually display that text any longer. Are you still seeing that in the preview comment listing?

if you tell me where to look I may check by myself, but the only override I have is for the email template.php file
