add stream notification for rating blogs

please add stream notifications for rating a blog post.
after i had turn the rating feature on in easyblog my members are using this feature very often but nobody is seeing this actions in the community because the easysocial stream is not ready for this

guys this should be a core feature from EASYBLOG for EASYSOCIAL.

Hi there,

As I've extend this feature to our developer and discussed about this. Seems like this feature will create unnecessary stream items where it will fill up the streams (it will spam the stream).
As we concern, this spam stream items will conceal the important streams items (for example status update, photos etc).
