Add right menu similar to the Helix default one (add modules, menus ..)

Hello guys,

We would like to have both sidebar on the left and on the right, On the left is actually for the user profile and its perfect, the right one will be used to place other menus or module, as the default menu in the helix template.

it would be also great, that the logo is in the center placed.
