Currently, we only have an integration when creating a new K2's article. You might want to install this app in your Easysocial:
http://stackideas.com/apps/item/57-k2-article . If you have installed it and the still no stream item when creating K2 article, you can provide us your backend and FTP so that we can check this for you.
