is there a way to remove the "add listing" option on the toolbar of user when they are signed into the site? Also that same toolbar has an option that is labeled "My Komento", is there a way to modify the text for that button?

Komento doesn't has a toolbar. I believe the toolbar is from the component that you have integrate with Komento. You might want to consult the developer and see how it goes.
