I'm using EasySocial to add comments to EasyBlog posts via the hashtagging function. I've also installed the EasyBlog Random Post module and when I enable the Comment Count, it lists each post as having 0 comments on the home page (see my home page and attached image).

As I'm using hashtagging via EasySocial as a commenting function, I would like the comment count to reflect these hashtagged comments.

Is there an easy way to change the Random Post module to count these hashtagged comments?
