Hello There,

We have recently upgraded to Easy Blog 5.0.26 installed for our site at
http://www.communities.cafh.org/test/index.php/blog

Under joomla admin when we add new post we are getting following error; -
“Malformed access token <token>”
Similarly
when we delete the post, although the post gets deleted successfully, I received the error: “400 - An error has occurred. Malformed access token <token>”

Can you please lets us know why this is occurring and can you fix this on urgent basis please
because same issue we are facing on live site while creating and deleting the post?

Thanks
Hey Belinda,

It seems like this error I didn't encounter before, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this?

Hey Belinda,

I've checked in your site, it seems like this `Malformed access token <token>` issue is coming from Facebook token, I've help you temporary disable all the Easyblog Facebook autopost settings from backend, it should able to submit a new post without hitting this error.

What i suspect is your Facebook app token already expired or outdated, if you would like to use this feature, perhaps you can provide us with your Facebook access so we can better have a look?

Regarding with your second delete post error, I've tried to reproduce on your site, but I can delete successfully without hitting any error, perhaps you can provide us step by step how to reproduce this as well?

Hey Belinda,

Thanks for getting back to us, I can access in your Facebook account now.

But I noticed you didn't create any Facebook app in your account, you can take a look of my attached screenshot below.

Perhaps you would like to re-setup again?
