The reason I would need access to the site:
- I am not able to reproduce this issue on my local instance(video attached).
- No others have reported the issue so we have no existing data on this issue.
- Unfortunately it is not possible to just create a solution out of thin air. There is a investigation process involved where we have to access the site having this issue, reproduce it, find out what error it's throwing and so on.
