You can copy the default.php file from JoomlaFolder/components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/structure/default.php and paste it at its template override location which is at JoomlaFolder/templates/YourCurrentTemplate/html/com_easyblog/structure/default.php.

After that, you can edit the default.php file which is at the template override location.
