You can not create new categories with the update 3.9.16263
Hello Mariano,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Thanks for getting back to us on this but it seems like you have only posted the FTP details. Can you also include your site's access so that we can troubleshoot this as well?
