From the screenshot, it seems that you are not using EasyBlog built-in composer. Only our built-in EasyBlog composer has blocks functionality.
Can you head to your backend and set this: Settings>General>Composer>Composer Settings>Composer Editor>Built In - EasyBlog Composer(http://take.ms/EZGyN)
