This will be introduced in EasyBlog 5.1 The current interface of the composer doesn't really permit the possibility of adding a custom title for the post cover but with the redesigned UI in EasyBlog 5.1, it'll be much easier.

Do stay tune to our blogs for more updates on 5.1. I don't have an exact ETA right now but it's going pretty smoothly and I would say we are now nearing 70% in the progress

Can you download the attached file and replace it in the folder:
JoomlaFolder/components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/blogs/entry/post.cover.php
and see how it goes?

You're suggested to backup the file that you want to replace beforehand for precaution
