I've already remove the field as it only for testing purpose (I dont want to interrupt your current workflow). Can you try add another numeric field to the workflow again so that I can troubleshoot from where you've created

Seems like you did not assign the Page Workflow - 2(that contain numeric as per your screenshot above) in any category. I've temporary change Divertissement et Jeux to using that workflow https://www.screencast.com/t/zsdKGHG2 and the field was show correctly when try to create a new page: http://take.ms/7pjmD

p/s: you can change the workflow back after checking on this.
