Add a filter issue

Hello,

The "add filter" menu is not showing up on my newsfeed section, do I need to do something to display this option? Need it functioning so I can maximise the #tag option. When I follow existing #tags and create and title a unique filter (e.g Ashes) it does appear as a filter under newsfeed I.e Ashes but once I change pages, this disappears.

It looks like you have copied the dashboard folder into /templates/protostar/html/com_easysocial/dashboard/ . This causes EasySocial to render the old files. You need to update the files or remove this override.

Hello Michael,

Did you customize or override any of the EasySocial theme files? If you did, you need to update it to the latest version. If you did not applied any customizations, please provide us with the FTP access to the site.
