If you are using Acymailing 7.x, you should try to add the "ACYMailing 6" app from the backend > Payplans > app.

By the way, it looks like your subscription has expired and in order for you to continue requesting support, we would appreciate it if you continue to subscription.

So following your instructions I turned disabled all acymailing 7 component, module, plugins to then try and install Version 6, but this has crashed the back end of my site I can no longer access anything in the back and although the left column menu is still Display, But I get an error page on all backend pages.

I understand that my license has expired but if you could help me out fixing this problem that would be really appreciated since my programmer is currently in the hospital.
