So if you would like those new user subscribe to your Acymailing list, then you have to set that list id under Acymailing custom field from user workflow. (Screenshot : http://take.ms/ddTSy)

May I ask, will this allow me to send out Acymailing email when a user has registered instead of the current ES one? It is just that I would like to send extra information in my email registration template.

Nope, from Easysocial part, we just render a custom field which allow user to decide whether they want to subscribe. If yes, system will update this new registered user subscribe to your Acymailing list.

From the Acymailing part, I think they can able to automatic to send out some extra information like newsletter for new subscriber.
