Activity stream no longer visible

If I change the amount of visible stream items to 5 or 10 there are no more activities visible. Changing it to e.g. 30 in backend it seems to work fine again. Could you please support me to find my current issue?

If your site is not extremely active, I would suggest rendering between 20 - 30 items.

Hello Horst,

If there are no new activities on the site recently, then these items wouldn't show up. When you set it to display 5 items per page, EasySocial will try to fetch the most recent 5 items to render on the page.

Try posting a status update and see if it appears for you.

Hi Mark,

Yes, you are right, but I did several postings yesterday and they do not appear in case of e.g. 5 activities. This "issue" seems to be new on my page, didn't realize this all the days before.

Hello Horst,

Possibly, the user that is viewing the stream had no access to these stream items but try monitoring it for the next couple of days.

yes, I will do so, but it's not dependent on a special user - it is also valid for public "access"
