Hello,

It appears the latest update to Easy Social (3.2.19) has caused an issue with activity streams on the site rendering content. This appears to be the case with any activity stream, dashboard, profiles, etc... anything that has an activity stream. While I cannot say for certain what causes this, it occurred after the easy Social update as Activity Stream was rendering prior to the update. The activity stream ready "There are no activities here yet" - I can confirm that in the ES admin under "Activity Stream" that the log of activities is still all there.

The mobile app is pulling activity stream content as expected.

Can you look into this?

Thanks!
Hi there,

I'm unable to login to your site. It's giving me access denied. And when I tried to login to your backend, after htaccess login, it redirected to the frontend. Do you have any IP restrictions on your site? If you do, please add my IP to the whitelist list.

IP: 42.190.11.18

Please advise.

Hi there,

It seems like there is a setting issue in EasySocial where if the advertisement feature is enabled but the site does not have any ads, it will hide all streams. I've temporarily turned off the advertisement feature on your site. You may check out this setting at EasySocial > Settings > General > Enable Advertisements.

Your streams should be displaying correctly now. Can you help me confirm this as I still unable to login to your frontend.

By the way, our developers are fixing this issue internally and once done, we'll be releasing an update for EasySocial.

I am sorry again for the inconvenience caused.
Thanks.
