Activity Stream Behavior different depending on page assigned

I have the activity stream set to not show user registrations, the stream works correctly on the front page of my site (i think) but on other pages, it ignores this setting. Please see screenshots.

Hello Jaymz,

Hm, are you logged in on both instances of the screen shot or are you not logged in? Also, did you enable caching on these modules? There could be a possibility that Joomla is caching them.
