Is there a way to limit or control what types of activities are shared in the stream? FOr instance, I don't want to show when a user logs in. These activities seem to dilute the stream. Any input? THanks.
Hi,

You can disable the user login stream by going to Settings -> Users -> Add stream when login.

As for the search issue, could you check if Settings -> Users -> Display Name Format correspond to what you are searching for?

Also,
The search functionality in the toolbar doesnt seem to work. I have searched for users that I know exist, and I keep getting "no records found." Am i missing something? Thanks.

Hi Maurice,

If you have updated the setting 'Name indexing format' in EasySocial backend under settings -> users -> user search indexing, then you will actually need to purge the indexed data. To do this, go to your EasySocial backend under search indexer, click on the purge icon from the toolbar. Once your indexed data purged, you will need to re-index your users into the indexer. To re-index, click on the 'index item' icon from your toolbar.

Hope this help and have a nice day
Sam
