We are experiencing a new problem where subscriptions are not activating (they are no-status) after purchasing our recurring subscription plan (SONATA) in a foreign currency. If purchased in US dollars, everything is fine. If it is a fixed 1 or 2 year subscription, everything is fine.

Also, sometimes the purchase amount is not correct when we convert the foreign currency amount back to US dollars. People are being overcharged.

We are not sure if it is a problem with 2checkout or PayPlans. Thank you for your help!
Hey Ryan,

Also, sometimes the purchase amount is not correct when we convert the foreign currency amount back to US dollars. People are being overcharged

Can you confirm me that amount is incorrect before redirecting 2 checkout site for further payment or after checkout it's showing in correct amount. So i'll be able to assist you.

Thank you for understanding !

Hi Manisha,
The amount is correct on our site (in USD) and the problem happens after being redirected. I actually tried to find an example of someone being overcharged, but it doesn't look like it has happened in over a month... so maybe that's not a problem anymore.

The 'no-status' activation problem persists when someone purchases a recurring subscription with a foreign currency. Do you know what might be the issue with that? Maybe 2checkout isn't sending the correct response back?

Thank you again for the wonderful support!

Hey Ryan,

Sorry for the delayed response due to weekend.

I've checked your site , transactions as well as error log. It seems notifications are not coming from 2Checkout.
You need to contact 2Checkout team about this issue, also share transaction or payment reference with them so they can check it.

Update me with response.
