Hi, when testing my registration process I do not receive an email with the activation code (see attachment). I do receive other email to the actual email address and its not in the spam folder.
Oddgeir
Hey Oddgeir,

I have checked your site and it looks like your Joomla site is configured to use PHP mailer. Are you sure that this is the correct settings? I believe that PHP Mail isn't working correctly but it's best for you to check with your webhosting company.

Hey Mark! Just some feedback from MediaTemple about this issue:

MT chat/Lenin: "I tested out the php mail functionality on the server and I can confirm that it is working, Please see screenshots: http://screencast.com/t/UpZ7zBMXqv and http://screencast.com/t/2mfJGxOtT

However...
2:56 pm
the actual emails aren't being received by the receiving server because it seems your server's IP block is on several RBLs (email blacklist): http://screencast.com/t/xgQmaKzU3OO".

Need assist with requesting these blacklist to de-list the UP address.

Oddgeir

Awaiting (mt) agent response...

There could be 2 issues here (Just my random thoughts)

1. The previous user of this IP address was using it to spam

2. Some users reported your email as spam

I got this from MT not long time ago, maybe it has something to do with it. I deleted the files:

It appears that your server has been compromised and is attacking other servers on the Internet searching for similar exploits. This degrades your service, as well as others, and is a large consumer of resources overall. Domains containing malware have been disabled until they are updated and cleaned.

The following files were found to be suspected of malware, which should be reviewed as quickly as possible, then be removed if found to be malicious (e.g., shell scripts, malware, phishing content):

Hm, I was debugging another site which face similar issues as well. You should try to remove these unwanted files.

I believe after deletion, you need to contact the respective systems to remove your site from the blacklist as well

I think you should resort in using a tool like sendgrid.com and use SMTP instead.
