Activation email being rejected by Microsoft

Hi,

The activation emails are being rejected by Hotmail, MSN, Outlook...
I have spoken to Dreamhost who are aware of issues with Microsoft rejecting things and are suggesting we switch to use Googlemail instead.

Has anyone else encountered this problem and how did you overcome it?

We can’t offically launch this week if new users can’t complete the activation process ☹️

Hm, so far me and our customer doesn't encounter this similar issue in previously, perhaps you can consult with Microsoft and see what is the reason why they rejected this activation email?

DreamHost.com had allocated us an IP address that had previously been blacklisted ?
I’ve switched to HostGator.com and all is now ok.

Hey Julie,

Thanks for updating us on this! Outlook is very strict when it comes to flagging mails as spam. The worst part about it, is we don't have any idea how they are filtering and treating e-mails as spams (They do not disclose their algorithms and I believe they need to, otherwise spammers would find a work around)
