I've tried with testuser (teststack) and subscribe one paid plan and i am receiving the activation email.
Can you please check in your spam folder also.

Sorry I was not more clearer on the issue. I do not want non-paid plans receiving activation emails; only paid subscribers. But the system is sending out activation emails to all plans even if I set the rule in the Notifications.
