Team,

We recently set our action on incomplete profile to :Redirect to Edit Profile page", however, we have noticed a number of users login on without being prompted.

This we can tell from converse kit as well as a few we have communicated with. Can you kindly look into this as all users are "Registered Users"

There is no exact ETA on the proper fix on this. However, I've attached temporary fix for this.
Can you download and replace in the file:
.../plugins/system/conversekit/conversekit.php

You are suggest to backup the file that you want to replace just for precaution step

Hi Michael,

Firstly let me explain more on this feature, as you enable this setting Profile Completion Checks without enable the Check Optional Fields and you have set it to Redirect to Edit Profile page (your current setting: http://take.ms/z7Z4q )
It will check user's required fields only, if user have already fill in all the required field they will not get redirect to the edit profile page. As example my testing account above, I've already fill in all the required field, that why I'm not get to redirected to the edit profile.

May I know which user that did not fill in the required field that able to do stuff in your site (chatting with conversekit) ?
As I want to check their profile if they have fill in all required field

Hi Muhammed,

Many thanks for explain. However, we set "Profile Avatar" as mandatory so we ought not to have any logged in user without one.

You will see even from converse kit that we have a number of them. I have actually communicated with a few recently too. That should not be the case right?

Hi Michael,

Ah I see, seems like there is a bug regarding this, where by right conversekit cannot be use by user that do not complete their profile mandatory field
I've logged this into our issue tracker and our developer will take an action for this.
