When promoting a user in a group to an admin, I pul the following errors that says 1146 above it

Table 'j8g3v5v7_ap3.#__acpush_users' doesn't exist SQL=SHOW FIELDS FROM `#__acpush_users` (see attached file)
It seems like some where still trigger this table -> #__acpush_users , do you remember what extension you installed in previously which stored this table into your database?

Glad to heard your issue resolved.

If you confirm this jbolo chat extension is associated with this table #__acpush_users, mean you haven't uninstall all the jbolo stuff from backend so caused this issue.

It might be it didn't delete all the folder/file from this jbolo chat extension during the uninstallation process.

May i know do you still having this issue if you install back jbolo chat extension? If no, it would be best if you can consult with this jbolo chat developer regarding this.

After reinstalling and then uninstalling again the acph user issue remained. I had to restore a database to get it to go away. Unfortunately ive got errors all over the site. Private messaging isn't working, user can'tbe added or removed from groups, posts on timeline are totally screed up. Everything has gone completely haywire and pei{e are leaving the site

I will take in charges all of your current issue, can you focus on this issue first which is hitting this when you promote user to admin from the group?

Table 'j8g3v5v7_ap3.#__acpush_users' doesn't exist SQL=SHOW FIELDS FROM `#__acpush_users`

Okay, let me understand again with your issue, for now you already restore back your database then that issue gone through now?

May i know is it you only restore your database without anything else?

if yes, now you trying to install jbolo chat extension into your site then hitting above error again when you promote one of the group member from backend Easysocial group page?

if yes, can you send to me with your jbolo chat extension in my email address arlex.wong@stackideas.com, i will try in my locally and see whether this issue is it coming from this jbolo extension is because my local only installed Easysocial without any other extension.

Looking forward of your response.

Hi Arlex,

yes, i tried to reinstall jbolo last night to see if i could eliminate all of these issues. It didn't work. The problem remained. I uninstalled jbolo once again and i dont want to use it, ever lol. After i could not resolve the issue last night (my time), i tried to restore a database that i had backed up prior to installing the jbolo chat. After restoring the database, this issue of acph users not found had disappeared. Unfortunately, all these other issues started to pop up. I can send you the jbolo file if you wish to your email, but it is only a 4 mb file which i have also attached here.

When i restored the entire ap3 database last night, i did not restore anything else.

Thanks, now I understand now.

And I tried to install jbolo chat extension in my locally and it work perfectly fine and jbolo extension only use this following table #__jbolo_xxx instead of #__acpush_users.

Regarding this error I can confirm not related with jbolo chat extension.

Table 'j8g3v5v7_ap3.#__acpush_users' doesn't exist SQL=SHOW FIELDS FROM `#__acpush_users`

Then I check further all of your existing plugin then i realised you have installed this api plugin located at -> JoomFolder/plugins/api/.. which trigger this #__acpush_users based on what i see his code.

I've temporary renamed this to JoomFolder/plugins/api_bak/.. , may i know do you still remember is it you still using this api plugin?

Actually what is the purpose of this plugin?

Can you try install back jbolo chat extension from your site and see this issue is it still persists?

That plugin was for the easysocial application on the Android and Apple stores. I don't use it and you can feel free to remove it if you think that would help

honestly i do not remember how many folders or files were related to the jbolo app. If you need to me reinstall it so you can look at everything, i will

I've help you installed again jbolo app from your site and renamed back to JoomFolder/plugins/api/..

Can you give it a check again and see is it work fine now?

I just tested it, it seems work fine.

I think the whole issue is some where messed up your database all the existing table missed that id auto increment and the primary key, I only update all the existing Easysocial table those id auto increment and the primary key from your database.
