Hi there,

I seem to have an issue with the ACL feature of EasyBlog.

The problem is not with assigning rights, but before:
I can't filter by "assigned", I can't access the second page of entries, I can't change the number of items displayed (it's at 20 at the moment), I can't sort...
Which is a problem because when I can't access the other groups, I can't change the ACL settings for them.

Any ideas?
Thank you!
Hello Susanne Sommer,

Sorry for late reply to this, It seems like you're using the older version of Easyblog, I have manually update this file for you.
/administrator/components/com_easyblog/views/acls/view.html.php
It work fine now.

Hi Arlex,

thanks for your fast reply!
And thanks for the quick solution.

I just looked at the EasyBlog menu in the backend, and it says "Eine alte Version 3.9.15110 von EasyBlog ist in Gebrauch."
I never noticed before!
So, does this mean I'm still using and old version and should update to 3.9.16263?
Would this overwrite the language files I adapted to my needs?

Thank you!
Your support is really great, btw, and very much appreciated!

Hello Susanne Sommer,

You're welcome
If you have done a lot of your customization, then you have to consider is it want to update to latest version of Easyblog as well.

Yes, you have to backup your language files before update. If can, next time you can just do the overridden from your backend > extension > language manger > Override tab , so it will update to Easyblog prevent do this few of backup step. Hope this help.
