On a test user, I attempted to write a post. The title was permitted, but text was not. I also see blocks but when I click on the tab, they do not appear.

When acting as a super user, I don't see blocks but I can enter text. Any suggestions? Composer is set to EB, Joomla editor set to Tiny, All ACL permissions are permitted for the test.

Also, I'd like to really suggest that in the ACL manager level settings automatically inherit from their parent. Much less confusing that way.
Hey Sam,

It seems like JCH Optimize is messing around with the scripts on the composer After turning of JCH Optimize Pro, the blocks are working fine for the author. Can you give this a try again? Remember to purge the browser's cache.

Hello Sam,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

I've checked your easyblog version and it seems like you are using older version of easyblog (5.0.9) . Can you update your easyblog to latest version (5.0.14) first before we start to debug on your issue in order to eliminate any possible issue that we have already fix in our latest release?

Please advise.

I updated the version. No change. I am demo'ing the site tomorrow so can't afford to lose another day. Yikes.

Hello Sam,

I can't seem to login to your site with the provided login credentials. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

I rechecked. Please ensure you aren't using the test user creds instead of the admin creds; I provided test user info as well. I provided creds in this reply.

Hello Sam,

Hm, I am actually using the username and password for "admin" to access the administration and it isn't working On the front end, the normal user account works though.

I just saw that it worked. Thank you; do block options other than text not appear because of the template?

You need to click on the "Add Block" to insert more blocks into the composer
