Acknowledgement of blog posting

New blogs are set to 'unpublished'. The moderator then sets them to 'published'.
I have warned users in the blog description but can an acknowledgment appear once they hit 'publish'?

Unfortunately it's not possible to warn them when clicking on the submit button
