I have Achievements enabled on my network, and even the Points system, but no one is gaining any badges. Am I missing a setting?

PS I am sorry for so many posts and questions, but this will pass. I'm almost set!
hey troy,
looking at your users in the backend it looks as points are already added correctly. in terms of badges: is there a particular badge that a user should have reached already? because badges aren't (by default) given for one time actions but depending on the frequency that you can setup in the badge itself. so for example: user A does something 50 times - then he gets badge A.... etc.

hope that explanation already helps but if one of your users reached the frequency already and has no badge assigned let me know so we can investigate this further.

@Alex, oh, okay I see. Well, I saw there is a newbie badge for signing up but no one has one. But now that you explained this, I'm wondering if that is because they were migrated from JomSocial? There was still the process of finishing their profiles to 100%, though, but did that not count since they were migrated?

Okay, a new member registered and she got an achievement. So I guess I answered my own question! LOL

Hello Troy,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Yes, that is probably because you migrated from jomsocial and they don't actually have an achievement system so there's no real way to "track" these data
