Not sure which badge you referring to as i checked all default badges and it does shown evenly in sizes. Can you point us which badge are you referring to?

The first spotted difference is between components Komento and EasySocial.
Easysocial is 480x480, Komento is 64x72 then these are distorted when displayed

I thought you referring to achievement particularly on Easysocial and not between components. Currently, that how it should behave and perhaps it would be best if you can submit a feature request regarding this issues by creating a new ticket on the forums and set it to "Feature Request" so that everyone else could vote for it. We will prioritize this feature during the development process for the next major version of EasySocial/Komento or other components that might need this 'harmonization' if there are more people request on this.
