Thanks for your quick reply.

I have actually set it so that Easysocial gives the Achievements. But I noticed that some users already have 100 points, but the badges were not created automatically. No one is gaining any badges. Am I missing a setting?

I will extend my subsciption next montat. I hope you can press a eye and still help me quickly.

May i know what is your current Easysocial version on your site?

Perhaps you can renew the Easysocial subscription then update to latest version of Easysocial and see whether the issue still persists.

If yes, can you provide us with your following Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a check?
1. Joomla backend access
2. FTP access
3. put our current IP address 175.139.129.195 into your server whitelist
4. Which achievement badge you referring
5. Which user didn't get the badge when the point reached 100

thank you for your fast replay. Now i have Updated the Login data and put your IP to the Whitelist. Now you can loging in in the backend. The ftp access shuld be The same how i added all right.

I would suggest you start a new thread on our forums regarding this sales question, so our sales person will response you on this.

Regarding with your issue, I already checked in your site, it seems like you mentioned you did configured who reached 100 point then only can achieve those badge on the site.

I think you misunderstand the setting as what you set 100 from the badge edit page, you can check my screenshot here : http://take.ms/Eyl8x

For example, when you set 100 times Frequency mean to achieve this badge you have to reply 100 times from the discuss page.

Based on what i checked from your database, it seems like all your existing user haven't reached this 100 times yet.

If you would like to achieve the badge by point, you have to update to latest version of Easysocial is because we already implement this feature in the latest version.

So from the badge edit page, you can able to select achieve this badge by frequency or point, you can check my screenshot here : http://take.ms/FqPXM
