Yep, if you have some php background, you can add this in your custom extension or plugin. The code is available at http://docs.stackideas.com/developers/achievements/logging

I've plenty of PHP background. Thanks for the docs. I'll be adding achievements to the JReviews integrations and Invitex too that I'll share back with the developers. They may (or may not) add them.
