Account request verification form on ES 2.1 with files attached availability

My users need to get verified after successful registration. When they send me verification requests for as verified, a blue verified badge, I want them to included photo attached files such as Identity Card or Driving License photo.

I need this too - the ability for them to upload proof which will be 3 files. Is this possible?
