Hi again

I have been trying to use easysocial to enable account registration on my Joomla site.

I am having some small difficulties .....

1. I have enabled the Recaptcha App, and added the public and private keys, but don't seem to be able to get Recaptcha working. Is there another setting that I need to enable?

2. I would like a guest user, who visits a group to be able to click on "join this group" and register. At the moment, the registration box "pops-up", but once the fields are completed, clicking on the Register button doesn't work. This seems to work elsewhere in the site, but not in this one place.

Appreciate any assistance you can provide.

>> Yes, you should create a recaptcha custom field from your backend > EasySocial > Profile type > select your profile type > custom field tab > http://screencast.com/t/oaso4t61HW , I have help you configure it, please have a check.

Once again, thank you for your support with this. I now understand the Recaptcha problem - thank you for explaining it and fixing it for me.

You're welcome, we already have including this temporary fix in the latest version of Easysocial 1.2.18, can you update to latest version and see how it goes?

Hi Alex

This is fairly urgent ....... I have just updated as advised, and most images have been lost from the front end.

I previously had this problem and some tweeks were made by Mark to fix it.

Are you able to ASAP have a look and fix it for me? Also, are you able to let me know what the problem is. Hopefully I will be able to fix it if it happens again.

I have included admin access details.

It was the post thread titled "Cron Jobs for Easy Social". He didn't indicate what the problem was, but just said that he had applied some fixes.

I just noticed that it seems to be mostly linked to EasySocial images only. Doesn't seem to be affecting those images in Easyblog and easydiscuss. Also, not sure if this helps, but the images are still present Amazon S3.

Yes, I have checked those image is still present the Amazon URL, may i know did you still using AMAZON S3 for storage in your photo or something else?
Also, is it possible provide us with your AMAZON S3 access as well? Please advise.

Yes, I am still using Amazon S3.

I have made no changes that I am aware of that have caused the problem. The only change was the EasySocial upgrade.

I have noticed that your Amazon S3 API is deleted before ( http://screencast.com/t/psMg3uL700jX )? After I tried to regenerate a new API, it seems like not help much here, may i know did you change your setting from your Amazon S3?

It seems like when the page loaded, all the image file is trying to redirection. Check my screenshot below.
Did you configure any redirection from your Amazon S3 or some else? Please advise.

This all seems very strange. I don't recall making a change to my Amazon S3 account. All I recall is performing the upgrade of EasySocial.

What do you suggest?

I don't know if it is possible, but I am hoping that this will be sorted out tonight???? My site has been without images now for a couple of days.

I have just generated new S3 Access and Secret kets. I have added them to the backend of EasySocial - doesn't seem to have had any effect.

Any ideas as to what the problem is?

I do not understand. The image source is correct and the image is present in Amazon S3.

I have consult to Mark, I have applied the fixes again, the issues already resolved now.
Can you backup this file first JoomlaFolder\administrator\components\com_easysocial\includes\storage\adapters\amazon\amazon.php for every update?

I have now backed up the amazon.php file.

When I update EasySocial, will I need to add this file into the directory, or will I need to edit the amazon.php file that will be there?
