I've tried to replicate the issue by creating testuser and delete it from Easyblog and Easydiscuss. And it seems like it deleted without error:

I saw the Willie Hassell user. Is this user the one that has an error when trying to delete? Can I test delete on this user? Please advise.

i deactivated easyblog users and was able to delete it from the backend. Do users have an option to delete their profile from the front end?

Seems like your easybloguser plugin is outdated. I've updated it to the latest. Please re-enable the easyblog user plugin and try delete a user again.
