You have to enable "Show Readmore" at Backend>Components>EasyBlog>Settings>Layout>Listing as shown http://screencast.com/t/9K5W8l2gY. Hope this help

Sorry for the confusions but unfortunately it is not possible to display the full contents upon clicking on the read more on the same page like the mlb.com site.

Also, the comments form cannot me rendered multiple times on a single page so it wouldn't really be possible to render them on the same page
