I would like for my client to be able to access the EasyBlog documentation. Is there a way to create an additional login under my account so that they can access this without accessing my Dashboard?

Unfortunately that is not possible to create an additional account for your client under your account.

Is there a way to obtain a PDF download of the documentation so that I can provide them with that file?

Currently that is no other way around to archive all the documentation page to a PDF file.
